Can I return or exchange a device?
You may exchange or return faulty devices within 30 days of ordering. Non faulty goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
How many countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 170 countries worldwide.
How are import fees on my order paid?
We cover import tariffs on certain orders going to the USA. All other orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid.
How do I know what condition a device is in?
You'll find the condition on each listing along with a description of what to expect.
Can I request a specific device or firmware?
Absolutely. If you're looking for a particular model on a specific iOS version, send us a request and we'll do our best to source it.
I'm after multiple devices, can you do a discount?
Yes! If you're interested in multiple devices, please contact our customer support and we will be more than happy to work out a bundle deal.
What's the difference between a Chinese device and an international device?
Chinese models have a few software level restrictions, most notably the inability to make FaceTime Audio calls. These can be easily removed by following our guide →
