Do I need to do this?

Chinese devices work like any other, except for a few software level restrictions. This guide is only necessary if you want to use FaceTime Audio or unlock all international cellular bands.

What does it fix?

Enables FaceTime Audio calls
Unlocks all international cellular bands

Requirements

Your device must be jailbroken before following these steps. The tweak requires Cydia or a compatible package manager to install.

Steps

Open Cydia

Launch Cydia or your preferred package manager on your jailbroken device.

Add the repo

Go to Sources and add the ParrotGeek repository: https://parrotgeek.com/repo

Alternatively, you can download the package directly from iosunsold.com/globalize.deb and install it manually.

Install Globalize

Search for Globalize by ParrotGeek and install it.

Reboot

Reboot your device when prompted. The restrictions will be removed once it starts back up.
